In Digital Products & Support we are eight colleagues committed to creating the best customer experience and the best digital solutions for VELUX’ customers. As one of our colleagues is going on a paternity leave, we are looking for someone who can help the team with support, communication, training and other tasks related to our smart home solution VELUX ACTIVE and our other digital solutions.

The position is a paternity cover until the end of May 2025. This is an opportunity for you who are technically skilled, motivated to learn and who wants to gain experience from a global, well-established company with the goal of continuous improvement.

What you will do
Together with our experienced Lead Specialist you will provide 3rd level support on VELUX ACTIVE. You will get solid onboarding to VELUX ACTIVE as well as our ticketing system and other tools needed to most efficiently find solutions to the customers’ issues.

Part of your responsibility will be communication with our National Support Champions where you will work as the link between them and our external software development partner. Depending on your experience and interests, you will also have the possibility to work together with other internal functions such as Smart Product Technology and our Technical Product Experience team.

Besides providing support, your tasks can be tailored to fit your interest and experience. It could include:

• Project assistance on our coming self-service site in collaboration with internal project owners to design a new help center for our customers
• Data management of various types and using analysis tools to investigate customer issues

• Assisting with technical knowledge in development of new and existing digital products

• Developing training video material regarding VELUX ACTIVE and other digital or electric VELUX solutions

You will be part of a global organisation and will work from our head office in Hørsholm. We work in a hybrid setup utilising available technology to work virtually, which gives the opportunity to work from home two days a week and the rest from our offices.

Who you are
We are looking for someone who have a good technical understanding and interest in smart home solutions. Further, you are willing to deep dive in our tools and processes in order to be able to provide the best support and advice on our solutions. You have a basic understanding of working in a support function and the surrounding business processes.

You may come from a position in a support function or be newly graduated with a specialization in computer science, IT, UI/UX, or another relevant field. Most importantly, however, you are motivated to learn and make an effort to provide value and support to both our customers and internal stakeholders.

Furthermore, you are team focused, taking responsibility for your own tasks and working towards our common goals. You possess great collaboration and communication skills and you are fluent in English.
