about the role
On behalf of SPRING Family ApS, we are looking for an outgoing Finance Business Partner located in either Odense or Aarhus to join their Group Finance function. You will work closely with the CEO of their largest business unit, SPRING Production A/S, and contribute to develop and enhance the business's performance management setup, and must be ready to take the finance function to the next level on their transformation journey.

You will be part of a finance team of 9 passionate and ambitious colleagues. Spring Family’s finance department has quickly evolved from a traditional accounting department to a finance function that drives the business forward. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to undertake a range of exciting transformation projects involving digitization and process optimization in close collaboration with the CFO, CEO, the business, and the finance team.

responsiblilities
In this role, you will be a trusted business partner for SPRING Production contributing to the growth of the group and particularly SPRING Production as a unit. You will be a close sparring partner and right hand to the CEO of SPRING Production, where you will continuously contribute with important analyses, create valuable insights and prepare relevant reports.

Besides that, your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for developing the group’s and SPRING Production’s performance management setup
• Finance Business Partner for SPRING Production, including providing support, development, and learning to project managers, department managers, and office managers in DK, VN, and the UK
• Establishing an annual cycle and structure for your FBP role, ensuring ongoing business reviews and follow-up with the business
• Contributing to development of necessary processes, tools and dashboards to ensure better and leaner project management for the company’s project managers in close collaboration with FBP’s from other units
• Driving the budgeting and forecasting process for SPRING Production together with their Business Controller, CEO, and other business partners
• Various ad hoc tasks related to the overall business

the ideal candidate
You are a strong sparring partner who takes responsibility for your own tasks and are motivated by developing and managing performance management and reporting, this through close dialogue with the many stakeholders.

As SPRING Production is on a growth journey and their Group Finance in SPRING Family is on a digital transformation journey, and with the various development opportunities and challenges, it is therefore crucial that you are flexible and able to adapt and focus on the needs and opportunities of each unit.

It would be an advantage if you possess the majority of the following qualifications:

• A higher education within finance, such as cand.merc., HD, or similar
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience as a Finance Business Controller or Partner, Financial Controller, Business Controller, or Consultant – preferably with an international perspective
• Solid IT skills and experience within Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, and familiar with SQL
• Analytically strong and curious to delve into data and understand the business’s development through the use of KPIs and analyses
• Understanding of time/case management, work in progress, and project management
• Fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English

Additionally, you have an outgoing and curious personality that makes you able to communicate and interact with stakeholders across units and professional groups.

SPRING Family ApS is a partner-driven holding company consisting of 3 business units; Zupa A/S, SPRING Production A/S and Zite A/S, where SPRING Production is the largest unit. SPRING Family are specialized within advertising and marketing services, marketing production, and the establishment and operation of in-house marketing agencies.

SPRING Family has 450 employees located at various locations, including Copenhagen, Aarhus, Odense, Hamburg, Manchester, and Ho Chi Minh. The headquarters is located in Aarhus, where Group Finance is also based. You can choose to work permanently at their office in Odense, where the CEO of SPRING Production is based and then have 2-3 days at the office in Aarhus per month. Otherwise, you can have your base in Aarhus with at least one weekly workday in Odense. You may expect 10-20 travel days per year to their locations in VN and UK.
