MVOW Offshore Wind > Service Offshore NCE > Blade Service
Within Northern Central Europe (NCE) Offshore, Special Projects tackles some of the largest, most complex or bespoke operations. Blade service sits within this and manages all aspects of our blade inspections and maintenance for the growing fleet of 1000+ turbines we have under our scope from next year.

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Built and manage the execution of operations
  • Lead technicians and teams
  • Ensure safe operations
  • Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging challenges
  • Contributes actively to building and maintaining a good work ethic and team spirit

Qualifications

  • Experience in a comparable industry or job
  • Experience in supervising teams
  • Experience either in a highly practical environment, as a technician, or with enough exposure to be able to manage practical execution teams
  • Experience in offshore wind preferred, but not mandatory
  • Blade experience or understanding is preferred, but not mandatory

  • Practical and operationally minded, with good understanding for the role the supervisors and technicians undertake
  • Independent and skilled in contributing to group efforts
  • Efficient communicator
  • Analytical and systematic with attention for detail
  • Enjoys motivating and coaching technicians and personnel
