At Doxee, we’re redefining customer communication with innovative digital solutions focused on customer experience. We are looking for a driven and dynamic Field Marketing Manager to strengthen our marketing efforts in Italy.

Role Overview:

As the Field Marketing Manager for Italy, you will be responsible for planning and executing regional marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and brand awareness. You’ll work closely with sales and the broader marketing team to design targeted campaigns that resonate with local audiences, especially within our defined target industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement field marketing strategies to support sales growth in Italy.
Plan and execute regional marketing events, webinars, and campaigns tailored to the Italian market.
Develop and optimize lead acquisition strategies.
Manage the entire HubSpot marketing lifecycle, including segmentation, and campaign reporting.
Set up and manage lead nurturing campaigns for all international regions.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness and optimize as needed.
Partner with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and support the sales funnel.
Localize global marketing content and messaging for the Italian market to ensure relevancy and engagement.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in Italy to adjust strategies.
