As the Global Marketing Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving pipeline generation from orchestrating coordinated software, hardware products and solutions launch. Your expertise will drive collaboration across various marketing teams to ensure successful and impactful launches tailored to diverse vertical industries, key customers, and partners audiences. You’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel revenue generating product and solutions launches campaigns that captivate our audience and drive engagement on a global scale.

Key responsibilities of the Global Marketing Campaign Manager, Products & Solutions

  • Lead the creation of integrated, cross-channel marketing lunch campaigns for hardware, software products and solutions, to gain new customers and build repeat business.
  • Create and own comprehensive campaign briefs, detailing objectives, creative strategies, tactical plans, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution and activation.
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing team to gather insights and feedback that inform product launches strategies.
  • Partner with the Strategic Marketing team to customize product and solutions launches campaigns for specific vertical industries and target audiences.
  • Work with the Central Marketing team to create innovative and effective product and solutions launches tactics and marketing campaign assets.
  • Liaise with Regional Marketing teams to ensure localized execution of product launches.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders across departments to align objectives and expectations.
  • Define campaign milestones and objectives, and regularly report on performance to stakeholders.
  • Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign success, providing data-driven recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and growth metrics like SQLs, product usage, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Serve as a brand and content quality ambassador, ensuring all initiatives align with brand guidelines and deliver a cohesive, compelling customer experience.

To thrive in the Global Marketing Campaign Manager, Product & Solutions position at UR, we envision that you possess the following experiences and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years in B2B marketing campaign management, with a proven track record of impactful launches campaigns for software and hardware products.
  • Strong understanding or experience launching software and/or hardware products is key.
  • Strong expertise in 360º project and campaign management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, campaign analytics, and creative development.
  • Proficient in A/B testing, analysing data and metrics to drive decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across various teams and departments.
  • Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
  • Hight competency with tools such as Asana, Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce/Pardot, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of industrial automation and robotics is a plus.
  • Native or fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
