Egmont IT is seeking a Student Assistant to join our Modern Workplace Team. You will be involved in the daily operations of a team that supports Egmont’s diverse portfolio of companies, including Story House, Lindhardt & Ringhof, TV2 Norway, and Nordisk Film. Your primary role will focus on digitalization and how we can inspire individuals to use digital tools, including AI, to work more effectively.

Tasks

- Develop engaging and inspiring content on our internal learning platform (SharePoint).
- Create visuals (pictures and videos) using Canva & Clipchamp.
- Communicate with end users via email or web portals.
- Create and run internal phishing simulations to enhance cybersecurity practices.
- Prepare and review various types of data and create visual appealing presentations to display results.
- Participate in various projects within Egmont IT, depending on your interests and skills.
- Handle ongoing ad-hoc tasks to support all teams in Egmont IT.

Profile

- You have knowledge of and interest in IT and digitalization.
- You are curious to learn and not afraid to take on new challenges.
- You are ambitious, structured, and analytical.
- You work independently and focused, but also enjoy collaborating with teams and assisting coworkers when possible.
- You are creative and enjoy working in i.e., PowerPoint and Canva.
- You have good written communication skills.
- You are open- and service-minded.
- You are accommodating and have a positive attitude.

Qualifications

- You are a student at the BA or master's level.
- You have good English skills.
- You have good IT skills
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
