Master Data Specialist

THE POSITION

As a Master Data Specialist, you will play an active role in our product development process by ensuring that our master data is aligned with our product lifecycle and strategic objectives. You will work with the structure of items across our brands and borders and also maintain and create product masters and product types with relevant attributes. You will be responsible for ensuring the coherence in our master data from product creation to reporting as well as being in close dialogue with our business on pipeline and actual needs.

In addition, you will maintain customer and supplier data to ensure consistent data quality.

You will ensure that the agreed quality standards, consistency and availability of master data are met and that the deliveries from the master data department are made in accordance with the established service level agreements.

You will be part of a global organisation and team of 13 colleagues, each with different backgrounds and competences. The position is located in Horsens, where you will be based together with the majority of our IT department, and you will report directly to our Head of IT & Digitalization.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have experience from a similar Master Data Specialist role in a medium-sized international company. If you have experience within the design and lifestyle industry, it will be an advantage but not a requirement.

You acknowledge the importance of having a proactive approach to solving tasks. You are characterized by having a good structure and overview, which is a necessity to juggle many tasks at a time. You have a strong business- and process understanding and demonstrate good data discipline.

System-wise, you have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, PIM and Excel. Last but not least, it is important that you are fluent in English.
