Global Quality Management has 16 dedicated employees in different locations including Denmark, France, Switzerland, and the USA. We have a dynamic, multicultural team where diverse perspectives and unique insights fuel creativity and growth. You will lead a team of 3 QA Professionals and refer to the Senior Director of Global Quality, Philippe Verdon who is a supportive leader who empowers growth, promotes your development, and values your contributions.

Your Impact

As Bavarian Nordic is expanding, Global Quality needs an expert in the field of OMCL to lead the function and the associated operations. This position is mainly operated onsite in Kvistgaard, traveling up to 10-20 %.

Your responsibilities are to:

• Lead, coordinate, and ensure the smooth operation of the OMCL process, supporting the regulatory release of commercial products
• Operate, maintain, expand, and continuously improve the OMCL process at Bavarian Nordic
• Ensure that activities and tasks within the area of responsibility are compliant with current pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards
• Train employees and increase the awareness and knowledge of OMCL operations and current Good Manufacturing Practices at Bavarian Nordic
• Elaborate and share relevant metrics
• Lead or support process improvements

Are you our next pioneer?

To succeed in this role your qualifications are:

• Master’s degree in pharmacy, biotechnology, or equivalent
• Experience in cGxP (at least 5 years of relevant work experience)
• Team management experience
• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
