      Hey there!
      This is Ida (Head of People) and Marcus (People Business Partner). Together, we drive the People agenda at Lendo Group and we are now looking for a new colleague to team up with us!

      The Role
      This is a blended role and your primary focus will be talent acquisition across Lendo Group (about 70% of your time) and secondly some operational People partner responsibilities (about 30% of your time). First and foremost you are passionate about TA however a next step in your career journey might be to learn more about the operational HR tasks.
      You will report to the Head of People Business Partner.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Talent Acquisition: You own the area and play a key role in supporting the organization by attracting and hiring the right talent to meet business needs. You will have a lot of freedom to develop our methods and processes within recruitment of tech, professional and customer relation roles.
      • Data-Driven: Turn insights into actions, use metrics in order to track progress and always improve. We are very pleased to welcome someone with a high interest in AI and want to optimize the daily tasks in order to do even more fun stuff.
      • Operational people tasks: Enable leaders by supporting them in employee lifecycle matters. It could for example be onboarding and offboarding, performance management and employee engagement.

Skills & Requirements
About You
To thrive in this role, you are business-oriented with a “people first” approach. You are a team player and have a track record of building trusted relationships. Curiosity and a lack of prestige are essential traits. As this is a blended role where you will have a split vision - we believe you are a star at time management and are used to working independently within TA.

Professional Capabilities:

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within tech recruitment
  • If you have experience in using psychometric tests, that is a plus.
  • Some experience and/or interest within operational people (HR) tasks
  • Relevant education, minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Fluent in Swedish or any other Scandinavian language, as well as English.
