Your future team
Our Sustainability team, part of Group Marketing, Communication and Public Affairs at ROCKWOOL consists of four team members based between Denmark, Italy and Poland.

What you will be doing

• Supporting the development and implementation of the Group Sustainability Strategy
• Execution of Sustainability Improvement Programmes e.g. on topics including but not limited to energy efficiency, decarbonisation, circularity, waste
• Support activities to ensure ROCKWOOL is positioned as a sustainability leader in accordance recognised industry standards
• Tracking and monitoring of progress on goals for reporting
• Communicating sustainability efforts both internally and externally
• Collaborating cross-functionally and with external stakeholders on sustainability-related issues e.g. industry working groups, networks and other relevant organisations

What you bring

• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change within the company
• Project management skills with ability to organise, prioritise and plan effectively
• Excellent communication skills and high level of English language
• Team player with ability to collaborate effectively between functions
• Bachelor or Master´s degree in environment, sustainability or related field
• Understanding of sustainability-related regulations, standards and best practices
• 3+ to 10 years of experience
