Systems & Processes – we ensure that systems and business needs align
At our HQ in Hedehusene, you will become part of the newly created Systems & Processes team under Group Sustainability & Compliance. Our group spans 6 diverse departments and 170 colleagues, collaborating across borders to digitalise our business.

Your new team is responsible for ensuring that our IT systems align with business needs. As we grow to 6 members over the next 6 months, you will work with system owners, process specialists, and data analysts to drive DSV’s growth and scalability. Doing so, you will join a very collaborative environment, where we prioritise working together in the office and value the connections, we build by being present.

Transform business needs into system requirements
As the team’s development manager, you will take charge of projects from the business side, defining business processes and ensuring alignment with IT solutions. More specifically, you will navigate between departments gathering requirements and consolidating internal business projects, ensuring alignment with the IT team responsible for their implementation.

Your key tasks will be to:

• Investigate ideas/problems assigned by Group Sustainability & Compliance management
• Analyse and address business and industry processes for improvement opportunities
• Design future processes using business process modeling
• Ensure that proposed vendor applications meet business needs
• Transform business needs into system requirements Engage and coordinate with key stakeholders to drive projects forward

You understand both business processes and IT systems
Navigating the organisation you will need to be good at working cross-functionally and at managing various business stakeholders. You always strive to deliver quality products that create business value and have a structured, solution-oriented approach to the task at hand.

Moreover, we imagine that you have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, or another relevant field, or equivalent education/experience
• 3+ years of experience in business process and application management
• An interest or experience in sustainability and compliance processes
• Proven your ability to document business processes and requirements in a clear, non-technical manner
• Excellent change management and project management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
