Legal Assistant, Legal department (maternity cover) - Viby

Then you might be the perfect match perfect match for our Aarhus-based legal team supporting our “Member Relations” organization across 7 countries in Europe.

How will you make an impact?
In this role as a legal assistant you will be working closely together with our Head of Legal, Member Relations. You will also be cooperating closely with our Global Member Relations team ensuring excellent legal processes and solutions on a wide variety of tasks. You will safeguard all related governance issues and make sure that these are updated and implemented.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in various projects e.g drafting agreements towards the members to bring busi-ness decisions including our sustainability agenda to life.

• Help structuring and drafting global authoritative documents such as Articles of Associ-ation and our general membership terms

• Driving global projects with a focus on processes, governance and sustainable solutions

• General administration and day to day legal advice to the organization

• Creating, preparing and managing training material and presentations for member meetings

What will make you successful
To succeed in this position it is quite important that you can thrive making sure that structure and order is implemented in an environment with many different internal and external stake-holders. This requires good analytical and structural skills combined with a strong motivation towards bringing order into processes, guidelines, documents and finally make your solutions come to life with our farmer owners. You are driven to not only getting “it right” but also “doing the right thing”.

Further we expect that you:

• Have finalized your education as Cand. Jur. or similar. Being a recent graduate or having a few years’ of experience.

• Pay attention to the details while making sure to deliver solutions which works.

• Workwise, we expect you to utilize your legal method to succeed.

• Possess strong Danish and English skills both written and spoken.
