Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager who can lead the development projects of Medical Devices for treatment of patients with blood vessel diseases all over the world.

Become part of Cook Medical and manage global projects from A to Z and keep track of documentation and regulatory requirements as a Project Manager in the Aortic Intervention team.

The team is a highly skilled team with a wide variety of competencies and strengths, and you will be part of a team where we enjoy working together.

We are starting new projects which means you will be leading and organizing the project starting with the early feasibility work. The projects are complex and requires strong stakeholder management skills, good overview as well as a strong project management toolbox, and you will be working closely together with colleagues in Denmark, USA and Australia.

Responsibilities
Lead projects – with a patient focus
Your responsibility will be to lead projects, that run from 4-7 years, in all development phases until commissioning in production. Your task is to ensure that we comply with all agreed deliveries, quality and finances, and that project risks are minimized. At the same time, you use your technical insight to structure information and documentation.

Your personality is essential for the project and team performance
Your ability to see and understand individual needs is very important.

Furthermore, to approach colleagues in a direct and respectful way as well as being clear on expectations and responsibility will lead you to success.

This means that you:

• Anchor and communicate the scope of the projects, involvement of all relevant team members and stakeholders to ensure maximum awareness and commitment.
• Set direction, create and illustrate overview and progress and prioritize the most important work packages for the project.
• Ensure motivation and engagement for both the core team as well as the extended global team.
• Ensure a dedicated approach to very high-quality standards
• Support the importance of a correct and very high level of documentation.
• Ensure a professional handover to production.

Qualifications
Experienced Project Manager with lots of energy
You can create and share a meaningful overview while at the same time attend to technical details when necessary and be responsible for documentation in a regulated environment. You know how to motivate a project team and to get everyone on board, and at the same time you thrive in presenting projects and issues to both small and large groups.

In addition, you have:

• Experience with Project Management from a similar position.
• Experience from a regulated industry – for example from the medical, oil, offshore, marine, automotive, food, aerospace industries or similar.
• The ability to work systematically with complex, interdisciplinary issues in close collaboration with other professional groups.
• Good knowledge of Project Management and SCRUM tools (is an advantage).
• Good written and spoken Danish and English skills – English is our corporate language.
