Presales Consultant, Presales & Bid Management

As a Presales Consultant within Presales & Bid Management, you will support sales processes by designing technical solutions, answering RFPs, demonstrating software solutions, and engaging directly with customers. You will work closely with our bid managers and client engagement teams to close deals with customers across 10+ markets.
You will be part of a professional and dedicated team that works closely together and with a high degree of interaction with the rest of the organization. You will have a high level of responsibility, while having the team to support you.
The role
Your daily tasks will include:
- Provide initial responses to customers during dialogues and market engagements, complete pre-qualification questionnaires (PPQs), and requests for information (RFIs).
- Co-write bids in response to requests for proposals (RFPs), answering both functional and non-functional requirements
- Design high-level solutions during customer dialogues, including understanding customers’ business processes and configuring the software to support their needs
- Participate in customer meetings, and lead live software demonstrations
Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for someone with a combination of communication and technical skills. We imagine that you have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software, IT & communications, or other relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, but preferably more
- Excellent written and verbal skills in Danish and English, and strong interpersonal skills
- A solid understanding of technical aspects of SaaS, incl. e.g. hosting, architecture, and software design, with an ability to understand and translate complex technical solutions
