Lead Application Specialist in Microbiology - Tietoevry Care (m/f/d)

We are looking for an application specialist to join our competent team of product owners and application specialists within Tietoevry Care. Tietoevry Care modernizes the Nordic healthcare and care sector with modular, open, and interoperable software. We put citizens and patients at the centre and make everyday life easier for everyone, providing the tools needed for increased self-care, preventive care, and lower healthcare costs.

As an application specialist in clinical microbiology, you will:

• Work closely with product owners and development teams on requirements, planning, and prioritization to develop new quality-assured and innovative solutions that meet market needs and standards.

• Analyse user needs and propose improvements and adaptations of our systems.

• Assist the support team in the business area.

• Write and create documentation and training materials for our customers.

• Provide expert knowledge and advice in sales and customer meetings.

Your profile:

• Academic degree in clinical microbiology or equivalent/relevant education.

• Experience working with IT systems in clinical laboratory operations.

• Experience in project management and team collaboration.

• Passionate, proactive, and driven by technological advancement and effective solutions.

• Very good communication skills in both written and spoken Swedish and English.

• A team player who can lead and show responsibility in organizing work and solving tasks.

We believe you also have experience with:

• Being part of project teams for IT systems that include standard products and custom needs.

• Basic principles of programming.

• The healthcare and welfare sector.
