What you do

  • Collect data to calculate premiums, bonuses, fees, and apply pricing conditions.
  • Calculate and apply bonus and malus conditions accurately.
  • Control invoice proposals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure follow-up and chase information for Turnover Declarations.
  • Control and verify Turnover Declarations to maintain data integrity.
  • Perform Turnover Declaration controlling to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor, report, and chase Group Ticketing activities.
  • Offer advisory support on daily operations, assisting colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Support projects on operational aspects and participate in related UAT.
  • Investigate complaint cases and provide suggestions for problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain the operation procedure manual, ensuring it is comprehensive and regularly updated.
  • Document and update processes to reflect changes in operations or regulations.
  • Participate in the implementation of operational projects.
  • Actively engage in harmonizing processes with other regions to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Undertake other activities as required by the company's needs.
  • Contribute to test campaigns to validate new systems or process changes.

What you bring

  • Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract management, or a related role within the insurance or financial services industry.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
