What you do

• Lead and manage the new product pricing, provide expertise and solutions for product management and sales channel.
• Lead and manage the profit testing and internal approval (with AZAP/Group) for new products, ensure the profitability in line with the strategical target.
• Lead and manage the product filing and disclosure to meet the requirement of local regulator.
• Coordinate and manage the new product related system development and testing.
• Lead and manage the new business performance monitoring and reporting, ensure the profitability and risk of the new business profile be quantified and be reported in time. Recommend and implement action plan to enhance.
• Participate in experience analysis and actuarial assumption review and setting.
• Be a member of Reinsurance Committee, participate in reinsurance decision.
• Be a member of Claim Committee, participate in claim recommendation and dispute decision.
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
• Minimum requirement of undergraduate or equivalent. Background in Insurance, Actuarial, Mathematic and Statistics preferred.
• At least 5 years work experience in the actuarial area in life insurance industry.
• Minimum requirement of ASA or equivalent.
