Your future team
Joining us in the S&OP team, you will become a part of a team consisting of 8 skilled specialists, as well as part of an extended Global Supply Chain Team of 20 specialists and project managers operating both locally and international.

With our new ways of working program, we are looking to digitize existing processes, optimize the way we run projects and increase the degree of automation.

What you will be doing
Our coming Student Assistant will support a variety of essential functions, ranging from updating our working manual and creating web content as well as optimizing processes and workflows. You can also get opportunity to gain experience with SAP, reporting, and development tasks in a professional setting.

Some of the current tasks we would like to accomplish:

Manual creation and maintenance:

• Assist in drafting, editing, and maintaining relevant working manuals

Support for SAP and IBP (Integrated Business Planning) sessions:

• SAP and IBP testing and assisting in functionality testing sessions.
• Collect and consolidate feedback in excel, assisting with adjustments based on session outcomes.
• Assist in identifying and documenting use cases to improve processes and integration.
• Collaborate with the project team across functions and countries to support the implementation and testing of SAP-related tasks.

Development tasks:

• Provide assistance with basic system development tasks, which may include software updates
• Collaborate with internal developers to ensure that project objectives are met

Web management:

• Help create and manage content for the department intranet side, ensuring that information is current and relevant, including updates and troubleshooting to enhance user experience

What you bring
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant with Excel skills and an engineering background to join our dynamic team.

• It is mandatory that you are enrolled in engineering or IT related university program.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, handling web sites, and content creation is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with your assigned tasks and collab on team efforts.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
