About the job
In our team, we have the important role of ensuring compliance with our high health and safety standards.

We are looking for an experienced HS supporter to be driving and co-driving the activities in close cooperation with our HS organization.

You will work closely together with the M1 HS Partner to support health and safety processes in projects and daily business tasks in regard to ISO45001.

As a HS supporter you will be involved in activities according to:

• Danish legislation

• Novo Nordisk HS Management programme and ISO45001

• Ensure support between the project owners and the production facilities

• Supporting teams and managers by ensuring our license to operate

• Process confirmation and direction setting on quality according to our standards

• Participate in incidents investigation

This job gives you a great opportunity to play a part in shaping the future of M1 to ensure operational excellence from a HS perspective, and to develop your skills through networking in Novo Nordisk.

Qualifications

• You are currently working with HS in a large international company with high standards and you are playing a key role when advising managers and colleagues in keeping, maintaining and developing a healthy and safe environment.

• You have experience from larger projects and you are a certified work environment coordinator (OHS training).

• You either have the educational background or the experience from the healthcare system or other relevant industries/organisations.

• You are fluent in Danish and English.

We expect our new colleague to have a structured approach to planning and execution. You are an outgoing person with a strong personal drive and dedication to speak up with inputs for improvements.

About the area and department
API Manufacturing 1 (M1) is the worlds’ largest insulin production facility. Here we produce 24 hours the active ingredient of many of Novo Nordisk’ products, that may change the market completely.

In M1 Maintenance we ensure maintenance of equipment, and the facility management in our building. Furthermore, our department will ensure deliver technical support towards projects. Our department is organized in 6 Maintenance teams, a Build & Facility team, a Utility & Solvent team, a El & Calibrations team, a Craftsman team, a Development team, and a Permit Office team. You will join in Permit Office team.
