Your Role
As Omnichannel Manager, you will take the lead in shaping and advancing a structured omnichannel approach. You will design stakeholder engagement plans and implement customer journeys and patient pathways in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong focus on collaboration, customer centricity, and a future-oriented mindset.
Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Leading the execution of omnichannel engagement strategies in partnership with Brand Teams and Medical teams.
- Content creation, content adaptation and ensuring content re-use across channels
- Tracking and analyzing performance across multiple channels to drive data-driven decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Offering digital and omnichannel marketing guidance to Business Unit Heads, marketing, and field teams, leveraging best practices from global omnichannel excellence.
- Staying up to date with industry trends, emerging digital tools, evolving regulatory policies, and shifts in patient and HCP behaviors.
Who You Are
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or a scientific discipline (preferred).
- You have experience in omnichannel/multichannel/digital marketing within the pharma industry for at least 3-5 years.
- You possess strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
- You can develop strategies with a business and customer-first mindset, including patient centricity.
- You bring energy, accountability, agility, and resilience to everything you do.
- You excel in navigating complex matrix organizations and have strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Danish and English is required.
