About your future role as Retention Success Specialist
Do you have at least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or retention? Do you excel at building meaningful relationships over the phone and have a passion for helping others? If so, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

As part of our team based in Ballerup, Denmark, you'll collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about creating the best experience for our merchants.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engaging with existing merchants to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Handling both inbound and proactive outbound calls to reduce customer turnover and enhance satisfaction
  • Responding to customer queries with empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborating with the team to develop strategies for customer retention and growth
  • Building lasting relationships with merchants
  • Using feedback to refine techniques and improve customer retention
  • Cross-selling services to existing customers during negotiations

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in customer service, sales, or retention and enjoys making multiple phone calls to ensure top-notch service
  • Is an excellent communicator, both in verbal and written forms
  • Can build rapport quickly and is skilled in relationship management
  • Is customer-focused with a commitment to merchant satisfaction
  • Has a proactive, problem-solving mindset and thrives on delivering results
  • Remains professional and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Is fluent in both English and Danish (required)
