“You will become part of the Agriculture, Sustainability and Communication (ASC) team in Arla IT where we deliver IT solutions across functions covering industry leading sustainability initia-tives, farmer oriented collaboration platforms, digital & innovation approaches and much more” says Rikke Schmidt Sørensen, Business Change Management Lead for the ASC ART.

We are a team of 50+ people working in an inspiring and dynamic environment where we are working agile (SAFe) across an international organization, involving Arla internals as well as ex-ternal partners.

How you will make an impact
You will be leading the business change agenda for one or more projects by driving the change agenda forward in close collaboration with others. Your responsibility will be to ensure business adaption in the roll-out and implementation of IT solutions to support the digital ways of work-ing. This includes analyzing how changes will affect our business across markets and identifying, involving and collaborating with key stakeholders to enable the changes needed.

You will work closely with our business stakeholders and as such. Thus, it is expected of you to take the lead by using your change management experience, business acumen and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Specifically, you will:

  • Plan and execute change management activities to ensure alignment with our IT and business strategy
  • Prepare stakeholder management and end user adoption plans, communication materi-als and facilitate training sessions
  • Understand and communicate the change impact for super users and the organization
  • Prepare stakeholders for their role in leading the change
  • Participate in communities to spar with colleagues and improve the change manage-ment discipline within Arla IT and ASC

What will make you successful
In this role, you will make good use of your strong communication and business acumen skills, being strong on structure and business analysis, as well as having strong relationship building skills. Further, you have a good business and process understanding and able to understand IT solutions at an overall level. As Business Change Manager you will be collaborating across the Arla organization and across levels, thus you succeed in the role by inspiring, preparing and mo-bilizing the business and stakeholders for the changes to come. Moreover, you:

  • Have a master’s degree or equivalent within IT, Communication, Business Economics or similar
  • Bring experience from a similar role within business change management. Experience in utilizing change management approaches
  • Speak and write English on a professional level as you will join an international team working across borders
  • Have experience from working in a multicultural company is an advantage
  • Experience with agile methodology/SAFe is an advantage
