As a Product Data Engineer & Insights Analyst at Albert Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making. You'll be responsible for gathering, processing, and analyzing product and user data to uncover valuable insights that fuel the development of our educational products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Insights: Provide data-driven insights to inform product development and strategy.
- Product Improvement: Translate data insights into concrete actions to enhance user experience and learning outcomes.
- Experimentation: Design, execute, and analyze experiments to validate hypotheses and measure product impact.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, communication, and product teams to leverage data for campaigns and improvements.
- Data Wrangling: Collect, clean, and prepare both structured and unstructured data from various sources.
- Data Pipelines: Build and optimize efficient data workflows to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Data Advocacy: Educate and inform colleagues about best practices in data usage and analysis.
- Data Quality: Maintain data integrity and ensure reliable insights for new initiatives.
- Data Visualization: Create clear and compelling visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Understanding of statistical methods and hypothesis testing
- Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling concepts
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact
