We are an organisation of more than 230 colleagues, collaborating with partners around the globe to deliver on our mission. You will join the newly established Digital & Project Excellence department, which currently consists of 9 employees. The job
You will be instrumental in achieving the Project Excellence team’s mission to empower NNF’s diverse teams with project management frameworks, tools, and consulting services. You will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of a unified project model for the Novo Nordisk Foundation that enables Project and Scientific Managers to efficiently deliver on our 2030-strategy for the benefit of people and society.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and enhance relevant tools for Project Managers.
  • Test and evaluate new approaches to strengthen project management practices within NNF.
  • Provide advisory services to Project Managers on scoping, planning, managing, and executing projects.
  • Contribute to project workstreams and internal cross-functional initiatives led by the Project Excellence team.
  • Help facilitate engaging training sessions related to project management.
  • Maintain connections with Project Managers internally to understand evolving needs and translate project learnings into best practices.

About you
You thrive on challenging existing ways of working and finding innovative solutions. You demonstrate a passion for communication and are known for your excellent collaboration skills.

You have strong experience when it comes to planning and delivering projects or workstreams. With your curious mindset you are on a continuous learning journey within Project Excellence.

Further, we imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field such as business administration, engineering etc.
  • 0 - 2 years’ experience with project management and/or consulting.
  • Experience planning and delivering projects or workstreams
  • Experience developing project management tools to elevate organisational capabilities.
  • Ability to gather, analyse, and interpret complex data, and turn these into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and risk management.
  • Experience in change management, getting tools and new ways of working implemented.
  • Experience from working or collaborating with philanthropic foundations is an advantage, but not a requirement.
