You will join the newly established Digital & Project Excellence department, which currently consists of 9 employees. The job
You will be instrumental in achieving the Project Excellence team’s mission to empower NNF’s diverse teams with project management frameworks, tools, and consulting services. You will contribute to all focus areas of the team, with an emphasis on providing executional power to projects and applying your strong analytical skills to strategic initiatives internally in the Novo Nordisk Foundation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide tailored project management support to complex and major pipeline projects.
  • Lead workstreams within pipeline projects, collaborating with Scientific Managers to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of an NNF unified project model, including the development of relevant tools and guidance for Project Managers.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions related to project management.
  • Develop relations with Project Owners and Project Managers to understand evolving needs and engagement opportunities.
  • Apply your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to internal cross-functional initiatives.

About you
You thrive on challenging existing ways of working and finding innovative solutions. You demonstrate a passion for communication and are known for your excellent collaboration skills.

You have a proven track record when it comes to delivering complex projects. With your curious mind set you are on a continuous learning journey within Project Excellence.

Further, we imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field such as business administration, political science or economy.
  • +5 years experience with project management and/or consulting.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, covering deconstruction of complex problems, data analysis and presentation to decision makers.
  • Experience in developing project management methodology and tools to elevate organisational capabilities.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to liaise with project teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Competency in facilitating engaging workshops and training sessions promoting active participation and knowledge sharing.
  • Experience from working or collaborating with philanthropic foundations is an advantage, but not a requirement.
