The immediate focus will be on managing the on-going PPM implementation, testing, and configuring the system according to stakeholders’ needs. You will work closely with the other teams, architects, and Business Analysts to ensure applications and integrations meets stakeholders needs and complies with JSOX requirements.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be responsible for continuous monitoring and evaluation of the system's performance, be the technical system owner and manage changes, releases, and further enhancements.

By maintaining a proactive approach to system enhancements and troubleshooting, you will help drive the successful adoption of the PPM system across the organization, ultimately contributing to improved project outcomes and alignment with the ambitious overall business objectives of doubling our activity over the next few years.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technical application owner and manage application changes, releases, Go-Lives and related maintenance.
  • Technically responsible for Global Roll-out of solution.
  • Manage PPM configurations, documentation, and test protocols according to customer needs.
  • Gather requirements, analyze, and make recommendations for product updates to current roadmap.
  • Design and recommendation for Reporting and Dashboards.
  • Design and maintain data-model for integration with other business applications CRM and ERP.
  • Manage permissions, own user access management processes according to JSOX requirements. Leveraging offshore partner for daily operations.
  • Vendor Management for securing access to specialist knowledge and future functional releases.

LEADERSHIP SKILLS

  • Work closely with business and vendor stakeholders to implement the system.
  • Appropriately manage customer expectations regarding scope, schedule, and budgetary parameters
  • Identify impacts across teams and coordinate across senior levels to manage dependencies and potentially competing priorities.
  • Ability to understand user needs and make pro-active suggestions and changes.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, complex projects simultaneously.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform applications and Azure
  • Demonstrated experience in working with customer facing business Application - preferably Project Portfolio Management Software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn new things.

Preferred:

  • Experience as a PPM admin (i.e., Power PPM, PlanView, Clarity, Monday)
  • Experience working with customers from varied cultures and countries.
  • Experience in Biotech or regulated industries a plus.
  • Experience in integrating with Salesforce and Microsoft D365 ERP is a plus.
