Global Collaboration and Team Integration:
- Part of a global sourcing team: You will become an integral part of our global sourcing team, working closely with colleagues from different parts of the world.
- International teamwork: Collaborate with team members from Scandinavian countries, the UK, Poland, Portugal, France, and beyond.
- Sourcing Team Romania: Our Romania sourcing team is responsible for delivering IT consultants to clients worldwide, providing you with the opportunity to work on projects for diverse international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of recruitment process starting from identification of resources from the market to onboarding of the candidates.
- Ability to manage and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Close cooperation with Bestshore Sourcing Director and Sales department.
- Provide periodic status reports to the management team.
- Mentoring and onboarding of new employee.
- Monitor progress and motivate all team members and provide necessary advice.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with coworkers and Candidates.
- Ability to handle multiple projects for several clients at the same time.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in recruitment role who can lead a team of recruiters.
- Proven 2 years of leadership experience with managing Teams.
- Expert knowledge of all interview, assessment, and selection techniques.
- Knowledge of trends in IT market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Romanian and English.
