Core Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and optimize Travel Expense and Credit Card Management processes and systems.
- Promote an End-to-End process approach and ensure governance integration.
- Define business requirements, conduct root cause analysis, and drive implementation with business and IT partners.
- Standardize, document, and maintain processes.
- Define, test, and implement new system features.
- Support cross-functional projects with process and change management expertise.
- Manage partner relationships with Global Process Owners, IT, and other key partners.
- Identify inefficiencies, recommend optimizations, and provide user training and support.

The Procure to Pay (P2P) team is within Business Processes & Information and is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of finance transactional and HR processes as well as process support for controlling, training and project portfolio. Our main mission is to develop, maintain and optimize efficient and effective standardized processes and bridge business needs with IT solutions!
Do you have what it takes?
- 3+ years' experience with Travel Expense Management (TEM) and Credit Card processes.
- Excellent proficiency in Travel & Expense systems (e.g., SAP TEM, Concur, Workday, Coupa).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to explain complex topics simply.
- Experience in process documentation, training, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborative, respectful, and firm in dealing with people.
- Diligent, analytical, and able to prioritize effectively.
- Eager to learn and think creatively within structured boundaries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel up to 15 days a year.
