The opportunity and what we offer
We are seeking a talented, self-directed and hands-on Senior Creative Designer to join our marketing team to push our perception from the market to new heights.

You will work closely together with our Head of Brand & Communication to take our creatives further.

Formalize is on a scaling journey with significant traction across Europe. As our new Senior Creative Designer, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and tackle significant challenges to help us become a category leader.

Responsibilities
You will be joining our company of 120+ people in rapid growth. We are on a venture journey and you will have a huge impact in the organization from the start. Your responsibilities are to:

Creative leadership:

• Set the creative and design direction for Formalize in collaboration with the Head of Brand and Communication
• Own the evolution of Formalize’s visual identity, ensuring our brand’s design standards are met across all touchpoints
• Drive the execution of innovative brand and marketing campaigns, from ideation to delivery, working on everything from visuals to full design concepts

Brand design & strategy:

• Lead the development of an omni-channel design strategy, ensuring a seamless brand experience across web, digital, and print
• Oversee the application of brand guidelines, continuously refining them to suit internal and external needs, ensuring cohesion in all marketing and co-branding initiatives
• Act as a key creative voice, helping to align creative work with Formalize’s mission and long-term strategy.
  

Collaboration & Project Execution:

• Collaborate with external partners (agencies, freelancers) to produce high-quality creative assets
• Manage the creative lifecycle of projects, from briefing to final sign-off, ensuring deadlines are met and designs align with project goals
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to optimize design approaches in an agile, fast-paced environment

Qualifications and about you

• 5+ years of experience in brand design, creative strategy, and execution
• Proven track record of building and evolving a brand’s visual identity. A clear plus a previous B2B or tech experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, marketing campaigns, and omni-channel strategies
• System-minded with a focus on building templates, libraries, and scalable design solutions
• You have an eye for detail, are system-minded, and excel in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable collaborating with agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional

Recruitment Process

• 15 minutes online interview with our Talent Acquisition team
• 30 minutes online interview with our CMO
• IQ test and case preparation for last interview (homework)
• 60 minutes online or in-person case interview with our CMO
