We are excited to welcome a proactive and committed individual to join our team at Roche Diagnostics Denmark as a Solution Partner in Diabetes Care. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the marketing strategy and driving commercial efforts for diabetes solutions, including Continuous Glucose Monitoring, Insulin Dosing Systems, and Blood Glucose Monitoring. Join us in making a difference in the lives of people living with diabetes.
The Opportunity
- You lead and implement omni-channel marketing initiatives for diabetes care in Denmark.
- You develop and implement product launch strategies, managing the full product life cycle from inception to phase-out.
- You collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals, using their insights to shape effective marketing campaigns.
- You drive projects with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, to enhance product offerings.
- You present cases and new market opportunities to the local leadership team, influencing strategic decisions.
- You monitor and analyze market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and optimizing marketing activities.
- You ensure all marketing efforts align with local regulations and industry guidelines.
Who You Are
- You have proven experience in marketing health or life science products, ideally within the medical device industry.
- You are a strategic problem solver with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities.
- You possess excellent communication skills in Danish and English, with the confidence to present to larger audiences.
- You are organized, structured, and comfortable working with technical tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools like Salesforce or Tableau.
- You can discuss medical device products with healthcare professionals, demonstrating your industry knowledge or a background in healthcare.
