Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at Daikin Denmark, you will be pivotal in managing quotations and orders, maintaining our customer database, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Your role includes handling customer inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for customers with queries about quotations and orders and provide support to the sales team
• Respond to customer calls and emails regarding orders
• Enter quotations into SAP and convert them into orders; manage customer data within the system
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
• Address questions from installers and customers about their orders
• Provide assistance to end customers with their inquiries
• Manage the creation of new customer accounts and set up discounts
• Enter sales purchase orders to suppliers
• Act as a backup for the service back-office support team
• Occasionally handle delivery creation and coordinate with external logistics partners for warehouse and distribution, especially during the logistics manager's absence

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar roles
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with data entry and managing purchase orders
• Proven ability to provide administrative support to the sales team
• Proficiency in using new technologies and computer tools
• Language: Proficient in Danish with a good level of English
• You are a team player and customer oriented
• Hands-on, results-oriented person
• Ability to introduce and implement new solutions to existing processes for improvement
• Independent and proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
