Job Description
The Responsible Sourcing Operation team aims to ensure that the LEGO Group’s ethical, social and environmental requirements are met by suppliers, licensing partners and LEGO production sites

These requirements are set out in the LEGO Group Responsible Business Principles (RBP) that all strategic suppliers and license partners must adhere to.

The RBP has a key focus ensuring that anyone involved in producing LEGO products have fair and decent working conditions, as well as safeguarding children and minimizing environmental impacts.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Under the guidance of Head of Responsible Sourcing Operation (RSO) Team and in close collaboration with RSO Data Management Lead and Head of LEL Compliance, support the general data management and supply chain RBP management.
  • Maintain and improve data management for sustainability reporting based on CSRD requirements of both social and environmental parts for the LEGO Group supply chain, including data collection, assurance, analytics and visualization.
  • Support short term & long term OKR (Objectives and Key Results) to enhance digitalization solution and build RSO data management systems with the collaboration with other functional teams.
  • Support the implementation of RBP management in Indirect Category suppliers and licensing partners to the LEGO Group, including scheduling and follow up on audits, assessing audit reports and following up Corrective Action Plans.
  • Support partnership management for In-Bound Licensing Partners, including Disney FAMA review and submission, audit review.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, MB Bachelor’s degree or above, MBA or Masters in related field of supply chain social compliance, engineering will be preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, MBA or Masters in related field of supply chain social compliance, engineering will be preferred
  • You'll have relevant experience (2+ years) in managing data or social compliance within retail or supply chains, ideally working for a global brand or in a global team
  • You have passion on data management and reporting, and have experience in developing data management tools, conducting data analytics and/or developing guidance documents for internal and external use globally. You’re detail oriented.
  • You are proficient in data visualisation tools such as PowerBI and/or Tableau. Experience working with digital teams would be desirable.
  • You will be confident in mapping and assessing social compliance risk and presenting this to key stakeholders. You have good insights to data complexity and the way to simplify and automate data management process.
  • You possess solid knowledge and deep interest in international human and labor rights and CSR standards
  • You have high level of self-motivation, and have experience with distance management
  • You have experience of working in a global team, get used to remote management and collaboration with teammates in other countries, such as China, Mexico.
  • You will be flexible to travel within Europe (e.g. UK) with some long haul trips possible (e.g. Asia)
