Your business experience is earned from medium-large and/or larger companies that are highly regulated and are mature within SW Development/Engineering and Data Management so that you are used to acting in a similar business model and ”know what great looks like” within that model.
As a person, you are a well-founded communicator and good at building relations across an entire organisation. You are structured, and as a leader, you are performance-driven and ambitious. You can set a course, create changes, and get people on board. You thrive ”building” rather than ”just” using existing processes and systems.
