To support our growth, we are looking for a skilled Program Manager to join our global Program Management team!

We are looking for you who enjoys interacting with customers while managing the contractual responsibilities and thrives in a fast-past and international environment.

As a Program Manager, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the business, gaining expert knowledge of the operational processes and procedures for Program Managers, while together with the team making sure that we are delivering to our customers.

The opportunity
As our new Program Manager, your main responsibility is to manage and monitor our program contracts for wheels and brakes, and to ensure continuous development of assigned customers in the EMEA region.

Depending on your experience level and competencies you will be able to influence your own area of responsibility.

The primary tasks:

  • Be the main point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Ensure program profitability incl. internal management reporting
  • Drive commercial changes and development of the assigned customer portfolio
  • Be responsible for internal stakeholder management towards departments that are involved in your program deliverables.
  • Responsible for the implementation of new Programs, ensuring all steps are executed internally and externally in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing account finances, including profit margins, billing, and account receivables
  • Responsible for managing program changes like phase out/ins or program conversions
  • Constantly monitor customers’ operations, to track if changes are seen in customer patterns that effects product mix, contractual or operational terms.
  • Obtain feedback from current and potential customers to enhance service.
  • Travel to customers in EMEA region to perform business reviews maintaining the customer relationships and supporting TP Aerospace service.

We seek a team member that can identify with the description below,

  • You have a relevant education within business, preferably supplemented by 2+ years of experience from the aviation industry.
  • You've got 3+ years of experience from Customer Service, Sales, Controlling or Account Management
  • As a person, you would describe yourself as independent and a problem solver with great interpersonal skills and a structured approach to your work.
  • You have data entry discipline, and you are not new to working in an ERP system.
  • You are motivated by following through on and completing assigned tasks in a timely and efficient way.
  • Able and willing to travel.
  • You can communicate fluently in English and enjoys working with colleagues worldwide.
