We are building a new, dynamic team in Copenhagen and are looking for a Customer Solution Support Technical Specialist. In this newly created role, you will play a key part in designing solutions and providing technical expertise to support business development and respond to customer inquiries.
About the Team & Department
In the newly implemented Process Science and Technology Department, you will be part of the Customer Solution Design team, reporting to the team manager. You will work cross-functionally with MFG, MSAT, PD, Quality, and other organizational areas to seek and develop solutions for requests and questions primarily from prospective new customers, as well as from existing ones. This is a high-impact opportunity, contributing significantly to the overall business growth and playing a critical role in supporting patients associated with specific programs.
About the Role
The Technical Specialist will support the business development organization by leveraging broad and/or specialized knowledge of CMC-related topics to design solutions and address requests from current and potential customers.

- Support proposal writing and participate in associated meetings and requests
- Provide technical support during onsite visits with potential clients
- Perform process-fit evaluations for plant operations
- Conduct process, development, analytical requirement, and equipment assessments
- Estimate material costs and conduct cost-of-goods analyses
- Scope ongoing project change orders
- Support the handover of proposals to project teams once contracts are signed (P2P)
- Conduct competitor mapping
- Provide technical support to business development efforts at conferences
You have...
- Ph.D. (or M.Sc. with additional experience) in a scientific discipline with at least 8+ years of experience in biologics processing and development within the industry
- Experience in process development, technology transfer, process engineering, manufacturing science, or manufacturing operations is required
- Experience in the CDMO business, along with customer relations and communication, is highly desirable
- Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements related to the development and manufacturing of biologics
- Demonstrated expertise in multiple disciplines, specifically bioprocessing, analytics, and quality
- Ability to apply scientific and technical knowledge to provide unique and creative solutions that advance development programs in alignment with client goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence internal teams and build excellent client relationships, ensuring project and business objectives are met
- Excellent communicator capable of distilling complex concepts clearly and concisely
