With reference to the Cruise Manager, you will become part of our strong cruise team.
The position is based in Long Beach, California – but open to alternative locations based on skill sets and experience.

Regional Account Manager with a focus on cruise business
You will focus on cruise bids, with primary attention to the growth of the business.

Essential duties and responsibilities
Maintain sales volume, product mix and prices by keeping current with supply and demand, changing, economic indicators and the competitive landscape. Consult with customers regarding needs and provide guidance on substitute items to create cost savings.

More specifically, your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Evaluate bid awards to determine the ultimate profitability and operational feasibility
  • Manage the business cycle from quotation to sales order to delivery and the invoicing process
  • Serve as primary contact on key customer accounts
  • Understand customer strategies to determine focus of sales efforts
  • Make tactical decisions on ports of supply and cost benefits to the customer and company

As a person, you are trustworthy, responsible and possess a high level of business acumen to generate tangible value for the customers and Wrist.

Qualifications and requirements
Preferably, you have a College Degree and at least 1 year of experience working in a sales and/or managing accounts. Moreover, we expect you to have the following qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate bid data to ensure timely and accurate submissions
  • Operational knowledge of North American markets to create sales strategies
  • Consistently display integrity, responsibility, accountability, teamwork and ethics
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, MS Word)
