Business Relationship Manager

Vendor Management comprises of circa 20 colleagues, spanning Denmark and Lithuania. Together the team provides contract and performance management expertise overseeing vendor contracts across all areas of Danske Bank.

Your responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various sources to create reports
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports that support domain and enterprise objectives
  • Develop long-term relationships with stakeholders across the Business Units
• Domain Expertise:
  • Maintain deep knowledge of day-to-day activities involved with IT outsourcing service provider within the Business Units
  • Leverage expertise to help present the queries of the Business Units
  • Share insights with IT outsourcing service provider and help take the right answers back to the stakeholders
  • Drive collaboration between all teams within the Business Units and IT outsourcing service provider integration partner
• Ensure that the responses on Business Unit queries comply with all the existing teams who work on IT outsourcing service provider engagement (for example, contract and performance management, finance, procurement, business management)

This role requires a deep understanding of the Business Units (domains) within the bank. As a Business Relationship Manager, you will collaborate with leaders to address daily business challenges with respect to the IT outsourcing service provider.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (for example, Business, Data Analysis, Technology Services)
• 5-10 years of medium to large enterprise business relationship experience, with a high focus on data, query handling, collaboration working models
• Excellent communication, presentation, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments and drive consensus
• Proactive problem solver with proven history of being a part of technology delivery transformations
• Data analysis skills: delivering reports that provide actionable insights to support decision-making within the organization. This role involves working with complex and varied data sets, creating dashboards, and analysing trends
• Excellent in English, both spoken and written
