Join Our Team as a Supervisor!
We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to take on a leadership role overseeing multiple teams of concrete workers, each consisting of 10 members, including team leaders for each group.

What We Are Looking For:

    • Reliability and Flexibility: You should have a positive attitude and be adaptable to changing conditions on site.
    • Team Player: A strong commitment to teamwork and fostering a positive working atmosphere is essential.
    • Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is necessary for effective communication.
    • Leadership Abilities: You must be capable of leading and delegating tasks efficiently.
    • Experience: Preferable if you have15-20 years of experience in in-situ concrete work on large construction projects (e.g., bridges and tunnels). Experience in other major infrastructure projects is an advantage.
    • Planning and Oversight: Strong organizational skills to plan tasks and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and scheduling requirements are vital.
    • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to address challenges effectively is important.
    • Technical Drawing Interpretation: You should be able to read and understand technical drawings (examples will be provided).
    • Leadership Mindset: View yourself as an employer for your team members, fostering growth and development.
    A Typical Day as a Supervisor:
    • Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Saturday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, plus potential night shifts.
    • Morning Meetings: Start the day with a team meeting to review tasks and follow up on schedules.
    • Oversight and Problem-Solving: Monitor work performance and collaborate with the team to resolve issues.
    • Team Leader Communication: Regularly check in with team leaders about any challenges from the previous day.
    • Task Delegation: Ensure clarity in task distribution to meet daily goals.
    • Break Management: Monitor break times and ensure compliance with the schedule.
    • Material Ordering: Work with the project manager and team leaders to ensure materials are ordered for the next day.
    • Daily Reports: Document the day’s work and plan for the following day.

    Salary and Employment Details:

    • Salary: Depending on experience and qualifications - we would like to hear your expectations
    • Working Hours: 55 hours per week
    • Housing and Company Car: We provide housing and a company car for the selected candidate.
    • Contract Duration: Initially for 6 months, with opportunities for extension for the right candidate.
