The Position
The Associate Director, Digital Product Adoption is responsible for how to best strategize efforts that identify good digital adoption practices that reach target end users and influence the right behaviour change.

As an Associate Director, Digital Product Adoption at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Manage, plan and drive the value and implementation of tools (e.g. CMR Matchmaker, CMR Digital implementation planner,) that enhance user-centric engagement and accelerate digital adoption practices.
  • Strengthen knowledge and appropriate use of Product Analytics software solutions in use by digital product teams
  • Support interpretation of the digital product adoption principles and relevance to CMR business objectives and key results.
  • Champion the voice of the customer, bringing business stakeholders and HQ digital product teams closer to real-world, supporting digital product teams understanding of business priorities outside of digitalisation efforts.
  • Coach and mentor peers in ways of working within a complex stakeholder landscape and regulatory constraints.
  • Inspire and positively influence CMR regional engagement and role-model digital product adoption best practices, highlighting value to CMR leadership and regional teams.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and business transformation through data-driven strategies

​​​​​​​ The position will be based in Søborg, Denmark.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Educational background in relevant area (business administration, digital customer experience and marketing, digital product operations, engineering, or similar).
  • 8+ years of advanced experience with designing and developing customer engagement activities, including set up of customer engagement or digital product analytics and reporting.
  • Proven experience in leading multiple complex programs/projects and managing complex stakeholder landscapes in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of digital product management frameworks and proven experience of user-centric engagement principles from digital product discovery through to digital product releases/deliveries
  • Experience with digital product data analytics to develop business reporting information
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Training and/or certifications in agile delivery methods, change management, project management.

About the department
The Digital Product Adoption Management team sits within the Digital Transformation Enablement group with a remit to establish digital product adoption principles and mindset across the Development Digital Product teams. This team serves the wider organisational effort of the development digital transformation program.

The Digital Transformation area in Development is a newly created CVP-area of approximately 30 people setting strategic direction, coordinating, catalysing, and governing our Digital Transformation across the Drug Development organisation. In collaboration with digital teams in SVP (Senior Vice President) areas across Development, we identify new opportunities for utilising data and digital solutions for the benefit of patients as well as our organisation. Focussing on end customers with constant curiosity, we manage prioritization and execution of digital activities.
