Senior Project Manager
We are expanding our project management team, and we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage R&D projects in MedTech.
Your role
As Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading medical device development projects for both new and existing MedTech and Pharma clients. You will work closely with the project team, steering committee, and executive management to ensure alignment and project success.
As a consultant, you will work with different clients ranging from start-ups to industry leaders, some days from the office in Hørsholm, some days at the client's office. You will not only be the project manager, but also Technolution’s representative in the project and at the customer.

Your key responsibilities
- Guard the project scope and proactively manage and re-negotiate scope change.
- Ensure the project team is on board with the common goal and direction to ensure the needed commitment and pace.
- Ensure that the project team and other key stakeholders understand the requirements for their specific challenges and deliverables in each project.
- Identify and address project risk as part of the integrated project management.
- Lead and manage project budgets, time, and resource plans. This include creating plans and budget and challenging these when circumstances change.
Your qualifications
You are a Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of successful R&D Project Management within MedTech from early stage to design transfer to production and launch. You have a natural ability to understand, communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You enjoy taking a meta perspective and have no problem keeping main objectives clear in sight, while also being able to zoom in on important details that may influence the successful outcome of a project.
- Master of Science or similar STEM-background.
- Project Management courses or certificates (eg. PMI/ PMP/ IPMA or similar) and LEAN or Agile/ Scrum is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of ISO13485
- Experience with Requirement Management, Project Risk management, DFM/DFA, Facilitation, Change Management is beneficial.
- Professional proficiency in English written and spoken.
