When joining you will become part of the well-established Product Management team in Defence and get seasoned product managers as colleagues. The role is focused on developing and executing the strategy for our Electronic Warfare (EW) product to achieve the product- and commercial objectives. The team is supported by architects, user experience designers and lead developers to ensure the product meets market needs, customer requirements and business objectives.

Shape the future of our Electronic Warfare Products
As our new product manager, it will be your overall responsibility to define the future of our EW product by develop, manage, and implement all aspects of the product strategy, business model and roadmap to continue and expand the product’s commercial success and customer value.
Your primary tasks are:
- Define the future of our EW product: develop, manage, and implement all aspect of the EW product strategy, business model and roadmap to continue and expand the product’s commercial success and customer value.
- Identify and analyze new EW market opportunities and define a strategy for the development for these opportunities.
- Lead and drive concept development within EW.
- Monitor and follow-up on EW product business performance as well as competitive situation and adjust strategy and/or tactics as necessary.
- Identify and specify market requirements for current and future product releases by conducting market research supported by close interactions with other domain experts, sales executives, Services and ongoing visits to existing and new customers.
- Work with your peers in Product Management, user experience designers and technical architects to discover and define compelling and creative solutions to new requirements.
- Engage with Sales and Services in proposal work, supporting by providing product guidance and approval of product expansions, and provide them with the necessary product information, sales collateral and assistance at special customer visits.
- Work with Defence marketing to define product marketing key messages and thought leadership messages.
- Conduct product release enablement and training for the Sales and Services organizations.
Furthermore, in this role you will get the opportunity to travel worldwide to visit customer and non-customer sites.
Product Manager with domain experience
Our new colleague has a relevant military education, and a minimum of five years’ experience with Electronic Warfare and the domain. You must have exceptional communication skills in English both verbal and written, Danish is an advantage in this role but not a requirement.
Furthermore, we envisage that you are a natural communicator and collaborator, possess a curious and analytical mindset and have an outgoing and enterprising approach.
Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO and/or an EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here.
