You will help to further develop our business
As a Mechanical Engineer, your primary responsibilities will involve solving tasks for our broad customer base across many industries. You will perform a variety of tasks, ranging from project management of smaller and larger projects of both short and long duration, to specialist roles within machine construction, product development, and structural design.
You will have close contact with customers and take independent responsibility for agreements and project execution, always with an eye on new business opportunities. The tasks are carried out individually or in teams, either at DIS/CREADIS or as a consultant at the customer’s site, always with support from your colleagues at DIS/CREADIS. At times, you will also guide and lead colleagues within your area of expertise.
With a strong technical foundation, you get things done
You have a relevant theoretical bachelor or master’s engineering degree and preferably have 1-5 years of experience as a mechanical engineer. You are passionate about your field, stay updated on developments, and take pride in delivering high-quality solutions. Additionally, it is essential that you have strong competencies in one or more of the following areas:
- Experienced in special machine construction
- Experience with process plants
- Experience with device development
- Skilled in FEM analysis
- Strong in CE/machinery directives
- Robust design & tolerance chain calculations
- FMEA experience
We expect you to be passionate about technology and mechanics, and to present yourself as an excellent communicator and skilled organizer. You approach tasks with great independence, ensuring progress and success for our business. At the same time, you recognize that good solutions are not created by individuals but through daily collaboration with colleagues. In your work, you can prioritize tasks and always focus on the most critical areas and deliverables, balancing short- and long-term project needs. As a person, you are adaptable, have a high personal drive, and are good at adjusting to new situations.
