Office Manager Assistant
to support our daily office operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting daily office operations, including document management and coordinating office supplies.
- Ensuring smooth document flow between employees and HR and accounting departments.
- Handling administrative tasks such as report preparation and correspondence.
- Collaborating with the team on day-to-day office tasks, providing operational support.
- Using English in daily communication with international clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Familiarity with administrative processes and document flow.
- Communicative proficiency in English.
- Ability to work effectively with different departments (HR, accounting, IT).
Nice-to-have skills:
- Involvement in HR processes and contributing to the company’s organizational culture.
- Experience managing corporate social media accounts.
- Assistance in organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Experience in an IT environment or a similar industry.
