Behind the title
As our new IT Project Manager, you will drive projects mainly in the Post Merger Integration phase. You will be responsible for integration and decommission of IT systems, data migrations and organisational change management activities. You will be working closely with colleagues in the M&A teams and stakeholders across the Digital, Data & IT organisation.
Additionally, your responsibilities will be to:
- Apply the agreed Integration Strategy (Operating model) and drive deliverables towards timely implementation
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new IT processes and systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders globally, and make an impact for the better of the project
- Track and report progress on the PMI activities internally and to relevant governance bodies
- Identify, track and document risks during the PMI phase
What we scout for
To be a successful candidate, we hope you meet most of the following:
- Master’s degree in Business, IT or another relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience as Project Manager, preferably in large complex organisations
- Previous exposure to M&A would be beneficial, but not a requirement
- Deep knowledge of traditional Project Management methodology, as well as Agile ways of working
- Experience with implementing organisational change initiative within complex environments.

You can work independently and thrive in a busy and global environment where priorities change, and fast decisions are needed to move on. Success in this role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build credibility and engage stakeholders at all levels.

The position is anchored in the Strategy & Transformation department, more specifically in the Post Merger Integrations (PMI) Team, which is a new team in the M&A area. Our 20 highly skilled and dedicated employees are responsible for ensuring successful Due Diligence and Integration projects within Digital, Data & IT.
