Corporate Advisory DK serves as a competence centre for Business Banking supporting the organisation with structured finance. We manage all parts of the Private Equity, Venture and Corporate M&A related financing value chain, including pitching, structuring, execution within the Danish SME-market. Our team aim to deliver on high work ethics and strong client focus together with a positive and non-hierarchal mindset, promoting all in the team to take on responsibility. As the Analyst in Corporate Advisory, you will become an integral part of the team and you will primarily be working with company, financial and market analysis as well as debt structuring.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Perform various tasks linked to company analysis and modelling in order to understand company specific risk
  • Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memoranda, management presentations and pitch books
  • Participate in the development of recommendations as well as deal structuring and execution of Private Equity and Corporate M&A financing transactions
  • Demonstrate profound understanding of the clients' commercial and financial considerations by suggesting appropriate and alternative solutions to address client needs
  • Stay updated on market development on products and services in order to ensure relevant advice and services to clients and be able to concisely summarise recommendations as well as market updates both in writing and verbally to clients and internal stakeholders

Your experience and background:

  • Solid academic record with Master’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • First-rate communication skills in English and Danish (or another Scandinavian language)
  • Strong numerical, analytical and financial modelling skills, including practical experience with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
