The Role
We have expanded our P&C Business Partner team, where you will become part of ECCO’s Global P&C department, located in Bredebro. As a leader, you will help make a difference and create value for ECCO as both an organization and a business. Our culture is built on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and supporting one another.

In this leadership role, your responsibilities will blend leadership responsibility, traditional P&C partner duties with strategic initiatives, project involvement in close collaboration with the Global P&C teams supporting your departments.
Your key responsibilities Include:
- Leading and developing a team of 3 P&C professionals
- Being part of the Global P&C leadership team
- Supporting and facilitating annual People processes
- Driving P&C activities aligned with business strategies
- Managing P&C tasks related to the employee lifecycle
- Acting as a recruitment advisor for your HRBP areas
- Participating in projects
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will hold, as a minimum, a bachelor degree in Business Administration, Organisation Design, or equivalent, with 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a strategic HR business partner role. You will possess a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, along with proven expertise in influencing and building relationships at all levels.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as experience with HR analytics and performance metrics, are essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate expert-level proficiency in strategic planning, leadership, and collaborating across a wide range of stakeholders, while thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities effectively.
Additionally, we imagine that you:
- Have leadership experience in an P&C role, either from a similar position or as an P&C manager/consultant/generalist, preferably within a global company
- Are passionate about how P&C digitalization adds business value
- Are fluent in English and knowledge of Danish preferred
