Core Responsibilities
- Oversee and govern processes and systems within the Supplier Information and Procure-to-Order domains, demonstrating specialized knowledge with an end-to-end perspective.
- Administer the Coupa system daily, collaborating with the broader network of Coupa Administrators.
- Conduct process maintenance, documentation, improvement, and standardization, with a focus on process optimization and system integration.
- Provide training and ongoing support to users regarding system processes and governance.
- Define, test, and implement new system functionalities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Engage in projects and workgroups that require expertise in processes and systems.
- Manage partner relationships with the Global Process Owner, IT, and other key internal and external partners.

The Procure to Pay (P2P) team is within Business Processes & Information and is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of finance transactional and HR processes as well as process support for controlling, training and project portfolio. Our main mission is to develop, maintain and optimise efficient and effective standardised processes and bridge business needs with IT solutions!
Do you have what it takes?
- 2+ years experience with Procurement and Vendor Masterdata processes
- Familiarity with the COUPA procurement and supplier information management system, preferably at the administrative level.
- Strong proficiency in SAP, with a particular emphasis on procurement and vendor master data management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex issues for easy understanding.
- Experienced in process documentation and delivering effective training sessions.
- Demonstrated a structured continuous improvement mindset, along with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Collaborative, respectful, and firm in dealing with people.
- Diligent, analytical, and able to prioritize effectively.
- Eager to learn and think creatively within structured boundaries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel up to 15 days a year.
