We are looking for a Procurement Manager who can play a pivotal role in executing our unique design strategy. At Stiesdal Hydrogen, our design is not only optimized for manufac- turing but is also conceptually adapted for module and sub-module outsourcing in collabora- tion with some of the world's leading industrial manufacturing companies. This strategy limits the focus on procurement and assembly at the parts level, instead ensuring the seamless integration of large-scale modules into our assembly processes. Hydrogen electrolyzers, from concept to commercial scale You will be working with our dedicated team to optimize procurement strategies and deliver value across the sourcing process. As we are already well underway in transitioning from concept to commercial scale, your role will be crucial in ensuring that our procurement pro- cesses align with our rapid growth and evolving business goals. Your primary tasks will be: • • • Outsourcing Strategy: Working closely with global industrial leaders to secure high- quality modules and sub-modules, ensuring they align with our design for manufac- turing principles. ERP and Stock Management: Playing a key role in the implementation of our ERP system, you will be responsible for establishing efficient stock procedures and ensur- ing they support our scaling operations. Spare Parts Processes: Developing processes and methods for managing spare parts inventory and ensuring the service organization has the necessary parts and resources to maintain operational efficiency. • • Supplier Collaboration: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our suppli- ers to ensure alignment on cost, quality, and delivery reliability. Value Creation: Collaborate to continuously improve the procurement process, from supplier selection to contract negotiation, while ensuring optimal value in all sourcing activities. • Production Timing and Load Planning: Actively participating in production planning by coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components in sync with the production schedule, optimizing the tact of receiving modules for seamless produc- tion flow. Your profile You possess a strong business acumen with extensive procurement experience, particularly in high-volume products on a global scale. Driving down costs while scaling production comes naturally to you. You are open-minded with a holistic, end-to-end value chain per- spective, enabling you to navigate complex procurement environments effectively. In this role, prior experience in leading or contributing to the development of new processes and systems will be highly valuable, as you will play a key role in shaping our procurement and operational strategies. Whether it’s optimizing supplier relationships, implementing ERP systems, or developing stock management processes, you thrive on creating efficiencies that support business growth. Your cross-disciplinary expertise in strategy, economics, sourcing, and production methods gives you the ability to bridge technical and operational challenges. Knowledge in both elec- trical and mechanical fields is an added advantage that will help you manage the diverse needs of our procurement operations.
