- Engage with communications teams across STARK Group to ensure alignment on group-wide (IT) agendas and messaging.
We expect you to lead our communications efforts in Group IT with a clear focus on establishing and advancing these significantly, as well as building strong relations and engagement with colleagues across the IT and communications organisations. To be successful in your role, you will:
- Have a straightforward, can-do, and hands-on attitude to your assignments.
- Support and be a trusted advisor to STARK Group IT’s CDIO and other management team members on communications issues and opportunities.
- Build and maintain effective communications channels (e.g. intranet, Viva Engage etc.)
- Develop standardised change communications strategies, concepts and materials and bring these to life.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with communications professionals across STARK Group’s communications teams.
Welcome to Group IT

To enable this, we seek to leverage the benefits of agile values and methods and facilitate a continuous delivery model in seamless collaboration with local business units.
The Group IT teams have colleagues across the Nordics, Germany, the UK, Portugal and Poland. This role can either work out of Skanderborgvej in Viby/Aarhus or Frederiksberg, Denmark. Expect some travelling. We embrace flexible working but expect you to work from our offices at least three days a week.
