Region Hovedstadens Center for Ejendomme (CEJ) er bygherre for Nyt Hospital Bispebjerg på Bispebjerg- og Frederiksberg Hospital. Det nye hospitalsbyggeri, Nyt Hospital Bispebjerg, er på ca. 77.000 m2. Projektet består blandt andet af operationsstuer, endoskopistuer, dagkirurgi, røntgenafdeling, akutmodtagelse samt patientstuer og forskellige klinikker.

Nyt Hospital Bispebjerg skal sikre nutidige og funktionelle rammer for den bedst mulige behandling med fokus på patienterne.

Kerneopgave
Project Cost Manager vil skulle støtte Project Management Office i at styre og overvåge projektomkostninger fra start til slut. Denne rolle indebærer udarbejdelse og regelmæssig opdatering af projektbudgetter ved hjælp af benchmarks, designoplysninger og risikovurderinger samt overvågning af omkostningspræstationer efter branche, disciplin og kontrakt. Project Cost Manager vil skulle støtte PMO-kontoret i følgende:

Budgetudvikling og vedligeholdelse:

  • Udarbejd og opdater regelmæssigt projektbudgetter ved hjælp af benchmarks og designinput
  • Udvikle effektive metoder til at overvåge budgetter efter branche eller disciplin
  • Sørge for at alle omkostninger er bogført i afslutningsbudgettet inden for økonomiske grænser

Omkostningsstyring og fremdriftsmåling:

  • Overvåg design-, konstruktions- og idriftsættelsesomkostninger for at tilpasse sig projektbudgettet
  • Gennemse midlertidige betalingscertifikater, giv feedback og behandl fakturaer
  • Administrer slutkontoprocedurer for nøjagtig økonomisk afslutning

Samarbejde og kommunikation:

  • Opbyg relationer med interessenter for effektiv omkostningsstyring og rapportering
  • Understøtte udbudsprocesser, herunder dokumentudarbejdelse, evaluering og kontrakttildelinger
  • Hjælpe med at administrere leverandør- og entreprenørkontrakter for at kontrollere omkostninger og minimere risici

Risikostyring:

  • Gennemgå designændringer og entreprenørforslag for omkostningskonsekvenser
  • Giv omkostningsinput til kvalitetsspørgsmål under konstruktion og idriftsættelse
  • Udfør omkostningsanalyser efter projektet for at identificere erfaringer og omkostningsbesparende muligheder

Dokumentation og rapportering:

  • Færdiggør omkostningsdokumentation, og sørg for, at alle økonomiske forpligtelser er opfyldt
  • Udvikle værktøjer til at dokumentere og rapportere budgetstatus på tværs af eller discipliner
  • Giv regelmæssige finansielle rapporter og feedback til interessenter

Om dig
Vi forventer, at du har følgende kvalifikationer og erfaring:

  • Bachelorgrad i ingeniørvidenskab, finans eller et beslægtet felt, kandidatuddannelser i byggeledelse eller et beslægtet felt er en fordel
  • 3-8 års erfaring med projektomkostningsstyring eller lignende roller med dokumenteret evne:
    • Ved udarbejdelse og regelmæssig opdatering af projektbudgetter på tværs af projektets livscyklus
    • I udviklingen af effektive værktøjer til måling af fremskridt, budgetovervågning og rapportering
    • Til at understøtte offentlige udbudsprocesser, herunder dokumentudarbejdelse, tilbudsevalueringer og kontrakttildelinger
    • I styring af leverandør- og entreprenørkontrakter for at kontrollere omkostningerne
    • Udføre risikovurderinger, ændrings- og kravstyring og håndtere finansielle risici proaktivt
  • Professionelle certificeringer som PMP (Project Management Professional), omkostningsstyring eller mængdemåling er en fordel

Du har følgende kompetencer:

  • Fremragende analytiske og numeriske færdigheder til effektiv omkostningsstyring.
  • Flydende engelsk, både skriftligt og mundtligt
  • Dygtig til Microsoft Office Suite, især Excel, og omkostningsstyringssoftware (Sigma Molio Prisdata eller andet)
  • Bekendt med ERP (SAP, Power BI osv.) og regnskabssoftware
  • Samarbejde med flere interessenter for at opnå konsensus
  • Samarbejde og kommunikation i et internationalt projektmiljø
  • Forudse risici og problemer, og tag skridt til at forhindre, at de bliver til problemer
  • Detaljeorienteret med stærke organisatoriske evner

Arbejdstiden er 37 timer om ugen

We are looking for a Project Cost Manager to support the Project Management Office in Comprehensive Cost Control Throughout Project Lifecycle.About the project
The Capital Region of Denmark’s Centre for Real Estate is upgrading the Bispebjerg Hospital Campus with several capital projects. The new main hospital building project, New Hospital Bispebjerg, is approx. 77,000 m2 that is expected to be finished in 2029. The project also consists of operating theaters, endoscopy theaters, day surgery, radiology department, emergency department, patient rooms, clinics.

The projects will create contemporary and functional frameworks for the best possible treatment, with focus on the patients.

Core responsibilities
The Project Cost Manager will be supporting the PMO office in managing and monitoring project costs from inception to close-out. This role involves preparing and regularly updating project budgets using benchmarks, design information, and risk assessments, as well as monitoring cost performance by trade, discipline, and contract. The Project Cost Manager will support the PMO office in the following:

Budget Development and Maintenance:

  • Prepare and regularly update project budgets using benchmarks and design inputs
  • Develop effective methods to monitor budgets by trade or discipline
  • Ensure all costs are accounted for in the close-out budget within financial limits

Cost Management and Progress Measurement:

  • Monitor design, construction, and commissioning costs to align with the project budget
  • Review interim payment certificates, provide feedback, and process invoices
  • Manage final account procedures for accurate financial closure

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Build relationships with stakeholders for effective cost management and reporting
  • Support tender processes including document preparation, evaluation, and contract awards
  • Assist in managing supplier and contractor contracts to control costs and minimize risks

Risk Management:

  • Review design changes and contractor proposals for cost implications
  • Provide cost input on quality issues during construction and commissioning
  • Conduct post-project cost analyses to identify lessons learned and cost-saving opportunities

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Finalize cost documentation, ensuring all financial obligations are met
  • Develop tools for documenting and reporting budget status across trades or disciplines
  • Provide regular financial reports and feedback to stakeholders

About you
We expect you to have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or a related field, masters in construction management or a related field is an advantage
  • 3-8 years of experience in project cost management or similar roles with proven ability:
    • In preparing and regularly updating project budgets across project lifecycle
    • In developing effective tools for progress measurement, budget monitoring and reporting
    • In supporting public tender processes, including document preparation, bid evaluations, and contract awards
    • In managing supplier and contractor contracts to control costs
    • In conducting risk assessments, change & claim management, and addressing financial risks proactively
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), cost management, or quantity surveying are an advantage

Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills for effective cost management
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and cost management software (Sigma Molio Prisdata or other)
  • Familiar with ERP (SAP, Power BI, etc.) and accounting software
  • Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to reach consensus
  • Collaboration and communication in an international project environment
  • Anticipate risks and issues and take action to prevent them from turning into problems
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
